Interior designer Carene Pérez and photographer Carlos Pérez of Chromatica Group combine their talent to design, manufacture and sell lamp shades and lamps. The work of Chromatica has a common denominator: the telling of a story. The inspiration for their pieces comes from places as diverse as nature, urban areas and industrial zones, and so are the different materials used: wood, cement, iron. For example, the model ‘Village of La Mancha’ shows in its lamp shade the first chapter of the masterpiece of Miguel de Cervantes. The ‘Imagine’ lamp shade is a picture that Carlos took from the trees surrounding the memorial to John Lennon in Central Park, in New York. In addition to their collections, they offer consulting services and custom designs.
